Wade, sisters of the bride. They
all wore identical dresses of ice
blue polished satin.
Escorted to the altar and given
in marriage by her father, the
bride was attired in a ballerina-
length white metallic satin dress.
Her shoulder-length veil of illus-
ion fell from a tiara of pearls and
sequins. She carried a bouquet of
gardenias with streamers of feath-
ered blue carnations.
C. R. Bailey of Wheeler served
as best man and Lloyd Reynolds
of Borger, Tex., was groomsman.
Ushers were Harold Cooley of
Wellington and Tommy Thornburg

The couple left immediately
after the ceremony for Santa Fe,

Route 4, Canyon Road, following
the wedding trip.
The bride is a graduate of Ama-

CARD OF THANKS
I wish to thank all my friends
and neighbors who dropped in to
say hello and wish me well during
my recent stay in the Groom hos-

nurses who cared for me.—Jim

The Nightin’ Gals Club met at
the home of Beulah Shockley on
Monday evening, Jan. 28. Co-,
hostess was Mrs. Kenneth Black.
A delicious salad plate was served
after which officers were elected
for the coming year as follows: |
President, Mrs. Austin Crowell;
Well, this bank is important to you and local progress
because it accepts funds from local people and lends a
large portion of these funds to responsible borrowers,
farmers, business firms and individuals, who are build-
ing soundly in this community.
