Siamese Cat Proves
She’s True ‘Littercat’
What may be a national rec-
ord in Catdom has been estab-
lished by a Siamese cat,
“Sweetie Pie,” pet of the Ben L.
Graham family of Clearfield,
Utah.
Sweetie Pie gave birth to 12
purebreds, ten of them surviv-
ed, astounding her owner, Re-
becca Alice, nine year old dau-
ghter of Mr. and Mrs. Graham
and great-granddaughter of Mr
and Mrs. E. L. Pass of Goldth-
waite.
Sweetie Pie almost lost her
lease on that "ninth life” in
July when her head was crush-
ed by a car that ran over her.
Mrs. Graham stated that the
veterinarian bill was $110 but
the sale of the kittens should
pay that hospital bill.
The veterinarian also told the
Grahams that four kittens is a
normal litter, six is unusual,
eight is quite rare, and he had
never heard of a Siamese cat
having more than that

You must bring your bags or bring ours back. We add nothing to our prices for
bags. All feeds are in second hand burlap-any of your bags will be acceptable. If we
' put our feeds in paper or purchase burlap bags, we would have to add $4.00 to $5.00
per ton to these prices. We believe you had rather save this money and furnish your
bags or agree to bring ours back when emptied.
At this time, we have a limited amount of our peanut stem meal which is really a
good product, a high milk producing feed. Contains around 15% protein and 6 to 7%
fat. This is a bargain at $45.00 per ton ground.
Our new feed mill is on the highway to Goldthwaite just south of the Santa Fe rail-
road and east of the highway. Come or call James Mercer, mgr., at 356-3472 for
information.

A new feed mill, a new pellet mill and we can now offer you our hi-roughage range
cubes good enough to feed on the ground and soft enough that livestock will eat
readily. With our new pellet mill, we are able to put 15' molasses in this cube and
it smells real good.
Did you know that molasses has 298,398 units of energy to each 100 lbs. of digest-
ible matter. Corn has 136,333 units. This information from USDA bulletin 125.
Molasses contains 70 per cent carbohydrates and is 1004 digestible. It is a milk
producer and high in mineral substances.
This is why we believe our high molasses hi-roughage range cubes are your best
buy. When you need more feed, try some. We have a 12% medicated cube, a 15%
and a 20% range cube in cow size and sheep and goat 3 8 inch size. We also stock
