Governor Campbell (alls Meeting for
Next Monday.
Austin. Aug. 15.—(Special.)—Govern-
or Campbell announced this afternoon
that the state auditing board will con-
vene Monday, to consider the bids re-
cently advertised for the Inauguration
of a revised system of bookkeeping in
the state departments. This board met
primary Tarrant county failed to elect
these committeemen from any of its
precincts and Harris county failed to
elect from any precinct outside the
city of Houston.
As a result B F Ayres, county chair-
man of Tarrant county, has propound ed
scientific agriculture in Texas.
