hand comer, "Bid for Housing
Rehab Contract".
The right is reserved as
the interest of the City may re-
quire to reject any and all bids
’ and to waive any informalities
in bids received.
Should a bidder find de
screpancies in or omissions
from the specifications or other
documents, or should he be in
doubt as to their meaning, he
should at once notify the City
Manager and obtain clarifica
tion prior to submitting any bid.
This project is financed
by a Community Development
Block Grant from the Depart
ment of Housing and Urban
Development and bidders must
comply with all federal, state,
and local laws concerning civil
rights, safety, equal opportun-
ity, etc.
