DEAR WIFE: You are wise to want to air your feelings.
Allowing unresolved tensions to build up inside can cause
one major exploeion tar more serious than a series of
minor blowouts. Few married couples agree on
EVERYTHING.
When you're upeet, swallow that lump in your throat, let
the tears tall where they may, and aay exactly what you're

Some people need extra

Women on weight reduction
diets lose calcium - so they
require an additional supply of

In some older people, the

In addition, hormone systems

DEAR ABBY: My husband and I have put up with this
nervy couple long enough. They always come at mealtime.
Being a well-mannered person, I cannot eat in front of
people, so I ask them to join us. And wher they do, they
eat everything in sight.
We bought curtains to close off the front windows, but
they seem to know when we are home and keep ringing the
bell and pounding on our door until we let them in.
We have started to eat in our basement with the lights
off, but ty husband refuses to eat down there in the dark
anymore. How can we discourage these people?

DEAR ABBY This may sound strange, but in th* six
years my husband and I have been married, we have never
had a fight We've had plenty of disagreements, but we
have never settled any of them. When my husband is mad
about something, he dams up and sulks He won't even tell
me what’s wrong
I am as bad as ne to. When I’m upeet, I get a lump in my
throat, tears in my eves, and I keep quiet. Sometimes I
wish we could bring all our complaints out in the open and
have a good old-fashioned shouting argument, but I
honestly wouldn’t know how to start one.
Any suggestions? _____
