Hoover were held Monday at 2
p.m. at the Rocky Springs- Baptist!
Church at Dialville.
Burial followed at Rocky Spr-
ings cemetery. The Rev. Harold
Brunson and the Rev. C. R. Mca-
: dows conducted the services.
Hoover died Saturday at the
¡Newburn Hospital in Jacksonville
after a brief illness.
¡ He was bom October, 1877, and
had lived for the past six years
1 in Jacksonville. A guard for the
Texas Prison System for 46 years,
he retired 10 years ago.
! He is survived by one sister,
Mrs. Lillie Allen, Jacksonville;
eight nephews and four nieces.
Nephews were pallbearers.
