The three are asking for dam-

On September 4. W 11. Bailey
and his wife, Zona Bailey, filed a
suit asking for .$*1,000 in damages
against V. E. (Buddy) Murray.
The plaintiffs claim that on a-
bout. September 9, 1902, the de-
fendant and his employees were
spraying a chemical substance by
airplane en cotton near the home
and lands of the plaintiffs to kill
damaged their pasture land, and
damaged the paint on their home.
They claim these chemicals
damaged and killed shrubbery,
flowers, and grass on their lawn,

Crawford mother of the groom,
