When you choose a tractor or a cowhorse, you do so with
great care—to be sure it fits your particular need—that it
will work for you effectively. When you need to borrow
money, the loan should be selected with the same careful
consideration. Here are some of the important things to
look for in a long-term farm or ranch real estate loan:
A Land Bank loan offers all of these advantages and
more. See us for details on how you can make money
work for you.

A lot of taxpayers don’t like to
keep records They are willing to
take the standlard deduction and
' pay more tax to get out of the rec-
ord keeping chore. You can cost
yourself a lot more by failing to
keep a record of your deductible
contributions, taxes, medical and
miscellaneous expenses. A careful
record of deductible items is a
pretty good idea, even if you don’t
itemize your deductions every
year. Good1 records help you man-
age your personal affairs better.

THE TIGER’S TALE . . .
(Continued from preceding page)
ship known within a family. In a
free country such as ours, is
Thanksgiving the only time we
should be thankful? No, but it is
the only time some pause to think
of all they have. Americans take
so much for granted, will it be too
late when we realize this? Com-
munism has been “turned loose”
in our “free” nation, but isn’t this
a little too “free”??
At this holiday season, let us
take time to say a prayer of thanks
for the turkey we are about to eat,
for the freedom we have to be with
our friends and relatives, and es-
pecially for the peace we have been
granted thus far.
