Thirty Texas colleges will share
a $818,531 federal grant for labora-
tory and special equipment, in-
cluding closed-circuit TV gear.
House Water Study Committee
headed by Rep. Bill Clayton of
Springlake has recommended that:
Texans support a $3.5-billion bond i
issue to help finance the $10-billion
Texas Water Plan.
Texas Liquor Control Board an-
nounced that 1968 saw an all-time
high in the number of juveniles ar-
rested for possessing or buying al-
coholic beverages — some 14,186
above the 1967 arrest figures.
Rep. John Hannah of Lufkin
plans to introduce a bill to set up
presidential primary elections for
Texas whereby delegates to nation-
al party conventions would be
elected and instructed as to which
candidate they like.
Rep. Charles Finnell of Holliday
has introduced a resolution invit-
ing former President Lyndon John-
son to speak to a joint session of
the (Legislature and House Speaker
Gus Mutscher says the former
chief executive is “interested.”

numbered 4874 on the docket of
said court, and styled, STELLA
WILSON Plaintiff, vs. JAMES
WILSON Defendant.
The names of the parties to the
cause are as follows: Stella Wilson
is Plaintiff and Jaimes Wilson is
Defendant.
A brief statement of the nature
of this suit is as follows, to-wit:
SUIT FOR DIVORCE as is-more
fully shown by Plaintiff’s Petition
on file in this suit.
If this citation is not served
within ninety days after the date of
its issuance, it shall be returned
unserved.
The officer executing this proc-
ess shall promptly execute the
same according to law, and make
due return as the law directs.
Issued and given under my hand
and the Seal of said Court, at of-
fice in Panhandle, Texas, this the
