The presentation of Ali-

exhibition Little League
baseball game closed out
the Rusk Summer Baseball
Program Friday night.
Glen Stanley, Rusk Noon
Lions Club representative,
made the presentations.
Stanley commended the
work of program director
Bob Nation and presented
Nation and Mrs. Mary Ann
Patterson with plaques for
their work in the summer
program.
Kelly Gray of the Little
League Braves was named
recipient of the coveted
David M. Hill Memorial
Award. The first recipient
of the Kelly Kennedy
Memorial Award to a
Farm League player went
to Warren Watts of the
Dodgers.
The Eagles in the Farm
League are winners of the
Sales Contest and will
receive a trip to see a
major league baseball
game courtesy of the Rusk
Lions Club
Three All-Stars were
named from each team in
the Girls Softball League,
Farm League and Little
League. The Little League

Stars to the win. Kelly
Gray and Ronnie Shepard
pitched for the Braves and
Tracy Anderson (Astros)
went the distance for the
All—Stars.

runs for the Braves. Paul

(Yankees) each scored two
run for the All-Stars to lead
their team to the win
