When it comes to style—Pontiac really stars!
Here’s where the designers took a long look ahead
and came up with more than a beauty—they came
up with an ail-neu pattern that sets Pontiac apart
with a personality all its own.
All this adds up to something very unusual in
cars—and Pontiac puts it within the easy reach of

JUST THINKING
By REV. T. T. NEWTON
"Oh that men would praise the
for His goodness, and for
His wonderful works to the chil-
dren of men." Psalm 107:8.
When we stop to think sensibly,
men have every reason to praise
the Lord for all that He has
done and continues to do. But we
re prone to overlook the fact
that every good gift and every
perfect gift comes down from the
father of light in whom there is
no change. Day after day God
furnishes all the necessities of
life for the sustenance of our phy-
sical being. He is on the job 24
hours a day. His vigil never ceases
over the least of His children. So
the Psalmist David cries out the
heart desire of every real child
of God when he says, "Bless the
Lord, O my soul, and forget not
all his benefits.”
This is the time of year when
people will lx1 taking some kind
of vacation. However, many peo-
pie, even professed Christians,

His direction is not enough. A
person who turns away from God,
turns to something else much
less which does not satisfy nor
can it feed the soul except with
hate, envy, and thin living. Satan
encourages one to take a vaca-

mind with everything which is

People also take a vacation

itual malnutrition. God’s former
benefits are forgotten. His lead!

America knows value . . .'and is making today's
Pontiac the most popular Pontiac ever built' And
it’s no wonder, because Pontiac provides so much
more of everything you want in a fine car.
If you're looking for big-car size, Pontiac has it-
where it counts! Pontiac’s long 122’ or 124’ wheelbase
smooths the bumps and tames the curves And this
same bigness outside gives you more room inside-
room to stretch out and relax. room to enjoy the
sheer satisfaction that comes from the knowledge
you’re driving one of the biggest without paying the
usual big-car price!
Or if your first concern is power—here again
Pontiac's your car! No car anywhere near it in price
puts so much get-up-and-go under so trim a hood.

People are beginning a vacation
from God. They may not be con-
scions of this fact, however, the
truth is apparent. In reality, peo-
pie take a vacation from God by
neglecting to attend church. The
reason this position is assumed
is that they do not like something
or somebody. Hence, they starve
their own souls feeling that they
may mark the spot which caused
their letdown. The person who
takes out from God has usually
