50th Anniversary
In Full Swing
This year is proving to be
a special time for more than
two million young boys in
the U.S. The Cub Scouts of
America are in full swing
with a wide range of activi-
ties saluting the 50th
anniversary of their
organization.
You may have noticed the
unique Cub Scout exhibits
in stores, museums, schools,
and public buildings. Per-
haps you spotted the blue
and gold uniforms in the
football parades or in the
block vegetable gardens. It’s
all part of the Cub Scouts’
golden anniversary celebra-
tion.
The Cub Scouts are every-
where. And in the next few
months, the group will be
busy promoting National
Family Week,Scouting
Energy Day, and “Scout
Family”'Togetherness pro-
grams. Some Cub Scouts
will even spend a special day
with the mayor and city
council.
“Cub Scouting is truly
unique,” notes Mrs. Ann W.
Nally, Anniversary Com-
mittee chairman. “It has not
severed its ties with its past,
but it has continually
evolved to keep up with the
ever-changing eds of
America’s boys and their
, families.”
4 Mrs. Nally notes that
2 more boys are joining the
Cub Scouts during this
5 Anniversary year than ever
J before. “All boys of Cub
J Scout age are welcome to
3 join. Cub Scouting enables
• young boys to develop atti-
5 tudes of good citizenship
6 and strong leadership
skills.”

Prospective home buyers want to view houses at
THEIR convenience. If the wife (who does the
I preliminary looking) is home duridg the day, she
probably wants to see the house as early as possi-
ble after it is advertised. Most likely she needs to
1 be finished before school is out.
i If both husband and wife work—or if a wife
! wants her husband to see a house she thought pro-
mising—an evening appointment is often called for.
1 Or a Saturday or Sunday visit. At almost any time
i during the week, SOMEONE wants to come.
I In addition, someone has to be home to answer
(the phone, handle questions about the house, and
make appointments for viewing.
The homeowner who tries to sell his own home
। is LOCKED IN until the house is sold. But the
। one who calls in a real estate professional gets
phone coverage almost around the clock, and an
agent always on hand to answer questions and
'accompany the prospect through the house. The
i homeowner is free to do what he or she needs to
(do—while WE sell the home.
Let our staff of over (40) forty agents bring
. buyers from all over the METROPLEX to you.
