works of seven young Houston
artists. They are: Kathy Burns,
Jay Loucks, Frederick Hubele,
Steven Brown, Richard Robin-
son, Anthony Martin and Rod-
ney Hill. This show is an at-
tempt to proc ide some exposure''
to young artists who would oth-
erwise have no opportunity to
show their works locally, in-
cluded among the works are
painting, sculpture, drawings
and graphics.

Khalis was a member of the

the head of the Arab Depart-
ment Social and Welfare Fund
of the Histadrut, the Israel La-
bor Confederation.
The Institute at Gwat Havi-
cah has a mixed (integrated)
co-educational student body. It
offers one year courses in Jew-
ish history , history of the Zion-
ist movement, Jewish culture.

PURIM SERVICE SCHEDULE
On March 24th, the Beth
Hayeled will read the Megillah
in the Pulaski-Rauch Auditori-
um at Congregation Beth Ye-
shurun at 10:30 a.m.
On March 25th, at 6:45
p.m. the Megillah w ill be read
by Alex Schwartz at the Purim
Service in the J. B. Greenfield
Chapel. At 7:30 p.m. the Me-
gillah will be read in the Great
Sanctuary. Children over six
are invited to attend with their
parents. Greggers and refresh-
ments.
On Sunday, at 8:00 a.m. Mr.
Schwartz will read the Megil-
lah in the J. B Greenfield
Chapel. At 10: 10 a.m. the Me-
gillah will be read in the Great
Sanctuary by the following
youth of the congregation: Al-
fred Bergman, David Roberts,
Sam Roberts, Eric Rosenblum,
Steven Spain, Barry Streusand
and Bill Streusand.

Arab people and studies of Jew-
ish Arab problems. Its objective
is to train young Arabs in order
to qualify them to become lead-
ers in the Arab communities of
Israel on the basis of loyalty to
the Jew ish State.
