Building Permits
At Plano
Continue Gain
Building report for the City of
Plano, issued this week by City
Manager Elmo Drumb, revealed
a total of $4,166,707.00 for the
first eleven months of the year.
These figures provide total in
permits for January through No-
vember—with the December to-
tal yet to be added.
November figures reveal per-
mits issued for 27 new homes
totaling $344,875.00 with 15 re-
pair permits issued totaling $13,-
350.00 and with a grand total for
the mnonth of $358,225.00.
Showing the increasing rapid
growth of Plano, City Manager
Drumb announces 61 new water
connections for the month of No-
umber alone. For the first elev-
en months of the year there have
been 1,616 water connections and
1,531 sewer connections.
Of course, there is still a month
to go that will add substantially
to Plano’s building figures for
the year.
Mr. Drumb also states that for
the first eleven months of the
year permits have been issued
for 322 new homes in Plano, two
duplexes, one low rent housing
project, one apartment building,
one structure other than indus-
trial and 81 repair permits.
