Funeral Services were held at
the Campbell Funeral Home in
Dallas Wednesday afternoon at
2:00 o’clock for Mrs. Ida Fitz-
hugh Eastham of 346 East Wood-
in Blvd., in Dallas who died
Monday night. Graveside rites
were held at Pecan Grove Ceme-
tery here at 4:00 p. m. Wednes-
day.
Mrs. Eastham, the former Miss
Ida Fitzhugh of McKinney, is
survived by her husband, Lee T.
Eastham of Dallas, and a sister,
Mrs. W. Vern Sawyer of Albu-
querque, N. M.

Thursday morning at 10:30 a. m.
in the Crouch-Moore Funeral
Chapel. Interment was in the
Princeton Cemetery. ■
A veteran of World War II,
Holland was born and reared in
McKinney, a son of the late Mr.
and Mrs. A. H. Holland.
He is survived by two broth-
ers, Jack Holland of Garland
and Walter Holland of McKin-
ney; two sisters, Mrs. Luetta
Touchstone of Farmersville and
Mrs. Fleda Gray of Fort Worth
and a number of nieces and
nephews. His parents, two broth-
ers and one sister preceded him
in death.

charge from the armed services
last week and will be teaching
mechanical drawing in Irving
this fall. He has been stationed
at Fitzsimmons Hospital in Den-

of Cloverdale, Indiana, visited
relatives and friends in this com-
munity recently. They were giv-
en a supper at the home of Mr.
and Mrs. L. A. Billings and a
large crowd attended and had a
wonderful time visiting with the
Connors. Mr. and Mrs. Connor
were raised in this community
and loved by all.
Mrs. Trab Burton is a patient
in the Wysong Hospital where
she is recovering from a broken
arm and a cracked pelvis receiv-
ed in a fall at her home recently.
She is recovering fast which is
good news to her many friends.

and children spent Saturday
night and Sunday with her par-
ents, Mr. and Mrs. Arleigh Rog-
ers, and family at Allen.
Jim Waite of Austin and Miss
Suzanne Vaughn of Houston vis-
ited recently with his grandpar-
ents, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Priest.
Mrs. C. L. Nixon and daugh-
ter, Ouida; Mrs. A. C. Anderson
and Reba; Beverly and Troy
Jones; Janice Rogers and Teresa,
and Leasa Nixon spent the week
end at Lake Texoma and attend-
ed services at the Pottsboro
Methodist Church Sunday morn-
ing.

Mr. and Mrs. Gene Robison and

er Sunday. Mrs. Gaither is a pa-
tient in the Community Hospital
in Sherman. They also visited

returned home after a visit with
