of food products must be fully pro-
tected by screen* and food products
must be protected from rat* mice,
roaches and contaminating insects.
Foods affected by dainpness or odors
must be elevated at least four inches
froi the floor in such storage rcoms.

The yard and premises occupied
by a food products establisnment
shall be well drained, and all back
rooms, shed* yards or other places
connected by any opening with such
place of business shall at all time*
be kept in a clean and sanitary con-
dition. free from filth, refuse, gar-

Section 8.
That every building, room, base-
ment or cellar occupied or used as
a food products establishment shall
be properly lighted, drained, plumbed
anu ventilated and conducted with
strict regard to the influence of
such conditions upon the health of
i ne operative* employes, clerks or
other persons therein employed, and
the purity and wholesomeness of the
food therein produced, handled or
oftered for sale.

machinery of every food products
establishment and all car* trucks

tion or transportation is not secure-

and the waste products subject to
decomposition and fermentation In-
cident to the manufacture, prepara-
tion, packing, storing, selling, dis-
tributing and transporting of food,
