• Somewhere in France,
Sunday. May —• 1212.
Dear Mother: win try to write
you a few lines today as we have
arrived safely with do mishap other
than the accident which you do
doubt read about in the papers on
April 26, about the two transports
crashing at sea.
No one was hurt, but all were
scured up considerole.
It could have becon worse, but I
call it a close call.
Today makes out twenty-first day
on the transport, thirteen on this
