Before the entrance of the bridal
party Mim Belle Foster sang "AB
for You" and Mim Bertha Hawkin-
son gave a program of musie.
The bride entered on the arm of
the bridegroom, marching up the
aisle to the strains of Lohengrin's
wedding march.
They were met at the altar by
the Rev. Caspar 8 Wright, pastor
of the First Methodist Church, who,
using the ring ceremony, pronounced
them man and wife.
Mim Hawkinson played softly dur-
ing the ceremony "Call Me Thine
Own," and as the bride and groom
left the church played Mendelabohn’s
wedding march.
The bride was dressed in a coat
suit of midnight blue embroidered
tricotine, with hat and accessories to
match.
The chureh, with its decoration of
ferns, palms and daisies, formed an
appropriate setting for the ceremony.
Sidney Smith and H. Kluge, broth-
er of the groom, acted as ushers
Mra. Kluge, the youngest daugh-
ter of Mre. Reuben Hornsby of
Hornsby’s Bend. Is a graduate of the
San Antonio Female College and for
the past two years has been em-
ployed ss a teacher In the State
School for the Deaf in Austin.
Mr. Kluge is and has been for a
number of years an employe of the
Walter Tips Company of Austin, but
spent two years overseas as a mem-
ber ot the famous "Rainbow DiVI-
Mon."
