To Get Seat in Senate
i Henry Young of Waco has de-
tided to go before the congress-
ional committee on privileges and
elections with the alleged refusal
of the secretary of state to certify
hie name as candidate for United
State senator on the State Rights
Democratic party ticket. Such is
