States attorney general and now
president of the Italian Star line,
today filed suit through his attor-
ney against the Unitd States shp-
ping-poa rd, emergencys fleet corpo-

Guy D. Goff, now assistant attorney
general, and W. Davis Conrad, for-
mer admiralty counsel for the ship-
ing board, asking 11.000.000 and
costa.
Mr Yazelli charged that his com-
pany had been damaged to the ex-
tent of $1,000,000 by being thrown
into receivership through methods
employed by the defendants in col-
lecting payments for the steamer
Lheuty Land, purchased from them
by the line. The complaint set
forth that several small investors
had lost their money and should be
paid.
