EMANU EL SISTERHOOD
The Sisterhood will present
"Plays for Living" at the March
24 luncheon meeting. Plays for
Living is a special project of
the Jewish Family Bureau, a
United Fund Agency, and is an
exciting new way to dramatize
current family and community
problems through the living
theatre. The plays are produced
with the help of experienced di-
rectors and veteran actors of
the Houston theatre who have
volunteered their services for
this community work.
"Ever Since April" is a play
on retirement and aging, that
concerns a man and wife whose
lives are radically changed
when his working days appear
to be over. A realistic and con-
structive approach to the leisure
years is suggested by this play .
Moderators will be Mrs.
Ruth Fred, Executive Director
