Highway Patrolman Joe
Montgomery had a busy week-
end the past week. He was
called out over 15 times.
Some of the wrecks he
worked was a one-car collision
on the Comfort bridge over
the Guadalupe, in which one
person sustained a bad head
injury and was rushed by heli-
copter to San Antonio.
A two-car collision occurred
Sunday north of Comfort, and

orange juice concentrate.
Stored propertly, orange
juice has good keeping quali-
ties. Frozen orange juice qual-
ity decreases as it warms. Be-
cause of this containers should
be stored at 0 degrees F or
colder.
In the grocery store, choose
products kept below the “safe
fill” line in the frozen foods’
display case.
At home, place the juice
concentrate in cold storage im-
mediately—and keep frozen
until used.
Frozen orange juice concen-
trate will keep up to 3 months
in the freezer compartment of

nation, or one week in the ice-
cub compartment of a refrig-
erator.
