Miss Maude Bushwall
Final rites for Miss Maude
May Bushwall of 315 2nd Ave.,
North Columbus, Mississippi,
were held at the Firat Methodist
Church here at 2:00 p.m. Tues-
day, October 27, with Rev. W.
W. Hawthorne officiating, Et-
linger Funeral Home directing.
Entombment was in Haven of
Rest Mausoleum.
Pallbearers were Leon Hack-
barth, Hugo Hess, Norman
Hess, Gene Beckendorf, Frank
Koy, George Krchnak.
Deceased was born in Sealy
on September 12, 1877. She at-
tended Sealy Public School and
was reared here, living in Sealy
practically all her life, until
four years ago, when she went
to live with her sister, Mrs. J.
W. Alger in North Columbus,
Mississippi. She was a member
of the Methodist Church and
the Golden Age Club of Colum-
bus, Miss.
Miss Bushwall died of a
stroke at the Daster Hospital,
in Columbus, Mississippi at 6:30
p.m. on October 23, attaining
the age of 87 years, 1 month
and 11 days. She was ill eight
days.
Survivors are one sister, Mrs.
Margaret B. Alger, of Colum-
bus, Mississippi; niece, Mrs.
John A. Martin, Atlanta, Geor-
gia; nephews, Stewart F. Wal-
lace of Dayton, Ohio and James
B. Bushwall, Jr. of Los Angeles,
California.
