"I want to serve our community as a full-time,
responsible, justice of the peace"
Hi, I’m Don O’Neal, your Democratic candidate for Justice of
the Peace. I’ve built United Mail and Business Centers, Inc. in Pl-
ano into a successful business, and have an excellent track
record of management and stability.
My nineteen years in credit management gives me an insight
into the complex nature of the type of civil cases brought before
the Court.
Here are a few of my specific goals:
• Speedier disposition of cases
• Night Civil Court
• Dignified and fair handling of cases for all citizens
• Realistic, lasting solutions to truancy problems
• Fairness to all citizens
• Professional management of the office
• Judicious consideration before signing any document
that may result in the exercise of the awesome power
of arrest and/or detention of citizens
During the primary race for Justice of the Peace, Tom Kelly
launched repeated fierce verbal attacks upon his Republican
opponent.
Now it is time for Mr. Kelly to explain his own record of failure.
He needs to explain what it was ne did during his two years as
Justice of the Peace that caused him to be ousted by voters of his
own party in 1986.
Why does it seem that Tom Kelly drifts from one unrelated ca-
reer field to another?
Why does Tom try to trick us with the "Judge" title on his cam-
paign literature to make himself appear to be the incumbent
when in fact he hasn’t been a Judge in this county since the vot-
ers fired him in 1986?
Does Collin County need four years of a justice of the peace
who has already been turned out of office by voters of his own
party, and has difficulty holding a steady job in the private
sector?
Please vote for me, Don O’Neal, the candidate in this race
with a proven record of professionalism, stability, and a de-
sire to serve you.

Justice of the Peace
One of the traditional characteris-
tics of Allen is its obvious support
for public schools. Such public confi-
dence is not something that is easy
to see or measure, but we know it
is there. We also know that it moti-
vates citizens toward actions that
directly affect Allen.
