Similar institutes will be held
on the same dates at the Uni-
versity of Houston and Texas Tec
Twenty - five enrollees will study
at the University of Texas from
Sept. 23, 1963, to June 6. 1964
Participants must have a valid
state counselor's certificate, at
least two years’ counseling exper-
