Safety: Individual job instruction is
theme of '43 safety program being developed
in cooperation with management safety &
security committee (Chas Merchant,
chrmn), 3 plant supt. & supv. corn. & meet-
ings with all foremen. An accident study
cor, will meet monthly to analyze causes of
accidents in preceding months, devise rem-
edies-
Scrap: Ajax upsetter, Avery machine idle
