Suggestion for a Camping Trip.
Buy a bottle of Chamberlain’s Colic
and Diarrhoea Remedy before leaving
home. As a rule it can not be obtained
when on a hunting, fishing or pros-
pecting trip. Neither can it be ob-
tained while on board the cars or
steamships, and at such times and
places it is most likely to be needed.
The safe way is to have it with you.-

Settlement Club Tea.
The Settlement Club tea, held yester-
day afternoon at the executive mansion,
through the courtesy of Mrs. Hobby,
was an unqualified success. in every
particular, and reflected great credit
upon the young women of the club,
and showed the interest they have
aroused in the charity which they
foster. Through the means of this
silver tea, for the purpose of providing
funds to install a water heater, the
Settlement Chib will not only be able
to have an up-to-date hot water plant
placed in the Settlement home, but will
have enough over to buy a sanitary
new refrigerator.
Mrs. A. F. Beverly was chairman of
the arrangement committee, and she
and her committees are delighted with
the response given their appeal, by
their many friends in Austin.
A large number of callers enjoyed
the very pleasant afternoon. The man-
sion was charming in its adornment of
bright spring blossoms. Mrs. Hobby
gave cordial greeting in welcoming
the guests, and the members of the
Settlement Club were untiring in their
efforts to make their guests have a
delightful time.
