NEW TORK. Aug. 14—The ootton

weather in the southwest. First prices
were ten to eighteen points higher,
with Decomher selling at 14.28 and Jan-

commiasion house buying. This bulge
met realising by old longs, however,
while there wna bcatterea Southern

rather irregular with prices showing
reacttons of a few points. Private
