Dell City. She moved to Dell
City from Sierra Blanca where
she taught 4 years as third grade
teacher. She taught 2nd Grade
at Weed 4 years, and 1st Grade
at Deming 2 years. She has a
Bachelor of Science Degree from
New Mexico State University
(1974), and a Masters from
NMSU in Education (1979).
Her husband was Clark Lewis,
who tragically died in an acci-
dent on the Mayfield Ranch
August 28, 1991. They have two
sons, Scott 10 years old and Tra-
vis 7 years old.They pln to move
to Crow Flat soon.

met in Special Session August
29, 1991,6:30 P.M.
All members present except
Templeton and Evans.
Visitors were Larry Karr and
Principal Rubio.

RAYLA WILLIAMS is teaching
6th Grade this year, her second
year of teaching. She taught 1st
Grade in Lubbock last year.
Rayla is a graduate of Lubbock
Christian University with a Ba-
chelor of Science Degree in Edu-
cation and a Bachelor of Arts
Degree in Liberal Arts. Her home-
town is Paducah, Texas. She is
married to Dell City basketball
coach, David Williams
Rayla has 22 students in her
class.
The Dell City Junior High Cheerleaders attended the ICF Cheer-
leading Camp at UTEP this summer on 8-6-91 thru 8-9-91. They
received many ribbons and a trophy for Most Improved Squad over
all. Standing from Left to Right: Jessica Kincaid, Donnelle Gil-

KATHY SPARKS FOREMAN
teaches the 4th Grade of 17 stu-
dents. She begins her first year
of teaching this year. Kathy has
lived in Dell Valley since 1950,
coming with her parents, Jimmy
and Yuba Sparks, from Spur,TX.
She started 2nd Grade in Dell Ci-
ty and graduated in 1961 as Vale-
dictorian. Kathy lacks one sum-
mer session at UTEP to obtain
her degree in Education. She is
married to Walter Foreman who
is in the farming business. They
have a daughter, Dana, who is a
Junior at Colorado School of
Mines College in Golden, CO.

Rio Grande Electric Coopera-
tive which serves members in
18 counties in Texas and two
in New Mexico will hold it's
Annual Meeting on September
28, 1991 at the Nutrition Center
in Crystal City, Texas. The
Nutrition Center is located on
Farm Road 1433 in Crystal City.
Registration for the meeting
will begin at 9:00 a. m. with
the Meeting to start at 10:00
a. m. President, J.H. Williams,
III will preside at the business
meeting where the results of the
election of five Board Members
will be announced.
Attendance prizes, and door
prizes will be awarded. A free
barbecue lunch will be served
for all members and their
families at noon.
Rio Grande invites and urges
all members to attend the 46th
Annual Meeting.
