of the 113 acre tract; Not to exceed forty (40) acres, in this lease, East of said CreekJ
Lessee’s Address shall at all times be, in care of American National Bank, Austin,Texas,
to me
the manufacture of gasoline, one eighth of the market value of such gas. If such gas is
sold by lessee, then lessee agrees to pay lessor, as royalty, one-eighth of the market
price at the wells of the amount sold.
If no well be commenced on said land on or before the 12th day of a , 1936, this _
