Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Mathis
of San Antonio are the proud
parents of a little girl, Karrie
Dianne. She weighed 7 lbs.
and 612 ozs. and was 20%
inches long, and she was born
on February 22, 1976. Grand-
parents are Mr. and Mrs. Emil
Kneupper and Mr. and Mrs.
Bill Mathis, all of Kendalia.

Council, according to Principal
John Kercheville, has been
quite active this year in pro-
moting student activities and
school spirit. Other projects
include a successful sale of
“Boerne Pups” sweatshirts
and the purchase of a much-
needed stereo set for the
school. To date, the group has-
sponsored two student dances
and two additional dances are
planned for the spring. “Par-
ent and teacher cooperation
has been most helpful,” noted
Mr. Kerchevile. Student Coun-
cil officers are Casey Beckett,
David Savanich and Bill Cor-
coran.

day at 1 p. m. at Alamo Chap-
els with interment in San Jose

the County Courthouse at Boerne
for the purpose of gathering in-
formation concerning proposed
hunting, fishing and trapping
regulations for Kendall County.
As the result of action by the
Texas Legislature, the Texas
Parks and Wildlife Commission
is responsible for the setting of
seasons, bag limits, and means
and methods of taking the wild-
life resources in Kendall County.
All interested persons are urged
to attend and comment upon the
proposed regulations.
