two car collision which occurred
6.4 miles East of Boerne on
Texas 46 Friday evening at

Three criminal cases were
disposed of at the Kendall
County Courthouse on Thurs-
day, March 9, according to
District Attorney, Joe Grady
Tuck.
Jose A. Gutierrez was
sentenced to serve five years in
prison for the June 23, 1977
burglary of a residence belong-
ing to David Moellendorf.
Charges against the 25 year old
San Antonio man were brought
after a television set taken from
the Moellendorf home turned
up in a San Santonio pawn shop
and subsequently traced to the
defendant.
