Now, at last, a product is available that will once and for all get rid of all roaches, palmetto
bugs and water bugs. It’s called Roach Prufe. You may have read the recent news articles
about it in the Miami Herald, Washington Post, Chicago Tribune and other leading
publications.
Roach Prufe is not an aerosol. It is an odorless, non-dusty powder that only requires
one application to rid your home of roaches. As long as the hidden powder is left undis-
turbed, it will provide permanent protection against reinfestation. It is also effective
against ants and silver fish.
Roach Prufe is registered by the United States Environmental Protection Agency for
use in all buildings, and it can be safely used in homes with children and pets.
The Roach Prufe formula was developed in cooperation with the University of
California at Los Angeles. In scientific tests conducted by UCLA in heavily infested
housing developments, the Roach Prufe formula was tested against the most powerful
insecticides used by professional exterminators. In every instance it proved superior in
eliminating all roaches and preventing reinfestation.
Roach Prufe powder is easy and safe to use. Simply apply under kitchen appliances
and other hidden areas.
A one-pound can of Roach Prufe sells for $8.00, which includes postage and handling. One
pound will Roach Prufe up to a nine room home, plus one pound for basement and garage.

A Lot Of You
May Be In Line
For Some Easy Money.
It’s summertime. And you’re probably
finding certain things your family could
use. A new air-conditioner, for one. Or
possibly a new car with an air-conditioner.
Maybe it’s finally time to fix the roof, or
better still, time to put your family under
a new roof.
Whatever your needs, remember this.
Community Savings will look for a reason
to make you a loan instead of a reason to
turn you down. And we’ll lend you the
money at a reasonable rate. Simply come
talk to us.
We’re the largest home-based savings
and loan in the Texas Hill-Country. And
we reached that position because we not
only helped lots of people save money . . .
we made it easy for lots of people to get
money when they needed it.
