After Disturbance

Following complaint of a d’strrb-
ance at a tourist camp on North
Elm Street. at the edge of the city,
five charges were filed by County
Attorney Earl Street Fridav morn-

day. His subject was “Public Utill-
ties." He also touched upon the
subjects of government regulation
of business and the depression. The
speaker stated that the depressten
