An interesting birthday was cel-
ebrated by three sisters, two of
whom are from the Alvin area. Pau-
line Christophel Thicksten lives in
Rock Falls, III. and is 90 years old.
Her twin sister, Lorena Christophel
Hockin lives in Manvel and is also
90 years old.
The twins were born on their
sister, Grace Chris'ophel Wales’
fourth birthday. She is 94, and lives
in Conroe.
Because of poor health, the
sisters have not been able to cele-
