research effort to help understand
the nature of gifted adolescents.

Quick Banana Pudding
1 12 ounce tub Cool Whip
1 8 ounce tub sour cream
2 small boxes vanilla instant pudding
2 cups milk
1 box vanilla wafers
4 bananas, sliced thin
One large box of pudding doesn’t work, MUST be two small ones;
also, don’t make it into pudding, just mix milk and pudding mix slight-
ly, or it will get real thick; add other ingredients. Layer wafers,
bananas, pudding in 13x9x2 pan; crumble wafers to cover top of
dessert. Chill several hours before serving (overnight if possible).
Rice and Green Chiles
4 cups cooked rice (1 cup uncooked makes up to 4 cups)
10 ounce grated Monterrey Jack cheese
10 ounce* grated cheddar cheese
3 cups sour cream, 24 ounces
2 cans chopped mild green chiles, undrained
Mix chiles and sour cream; toss grated cheeses together;
grease a three quart casserole, or spray with Pam; put half of rice in
casserole. Pour half of sour cream mixture over it, sprinkle half of
cheeses over sour cream; repeat layers; bake 30 minutes in 375°F.
oven, covered; bake uncovered 15 minutes.
