the Vatican of *1,500,000 arrang-
ed by Cardinal Mundelein, in Chi-
cago, will be used to finance re-
building of the College of, the

control, naval building, and high-
wway construction projects will
bring about a marked decrease in

United States this spring, Secre-

lared here last night.
