the July total to 76, which would
indicate that the organiztion
plan was beginning to show re-
sults as most of those inflated

granted the past month.

five-digit system is now being
planed for the whole nation.
When this is accomplished, a per-
son can directly dial a long dis-
tance station-to-station telephone
call to any place in the country,
provided he knows the number.
