Last week we made the statement
that we were against this new line
and hoped that the Interstate Com-
merce Commission would not grant to
the Santa Fe the permission neces-

be built. And this week we reverse
that statement and say that we hope
this permission will be granted and
the new line will be constructed and
we’ll tell you why we want it con-
structed. In the first place, it will
add materially to the valuation of the
