Leon Cordova Jr., age 68,
of Bastrop, passed away
May 6, 2018.
Leon was born June 21,
1949 in Elgin, to Leon Cor-
dova and Soila Lett.
He lived with his niece
and caregiver Susan Cor-
dova for five years until
his passing, also with much
gratitude for Susan, Sal and
her boys; Augustine Pa-
tino Jr., Luis Patino, Juan
(Cheeko) Patino, and Jaime
Guerrero, for all they’ve
done for our dad.
He was preceded in death
by Adam Cordova, Dolores
Meredith and Soila Lett.
Leon is survived by his
children’s mother Lou-
isa Cordova, his children;

Norma was always full of Slauenwhite, three beau-
joy. We are going to miss tiful daughters; Anottia,
her joyful spirit. Aamina, and Alaiyah, her

Norma Lou Slauenwhite,
age 28, of Manor, passed
away on May 2, 2018.
Norma was born in Aus-
tin, on November 3, 1989
and grew up in Smithville.
She was a dedicated
worker. She loved life and
enjoyed spending time with
family and friends. Her
daughters and fiance were
her whole world.
Some of her favorite things
were listening to music,
dancing and taking selfies.
