The injunction suit alleges that
a pool hall and a poker game
have been conducted in the place
and that it in the scene of
boisterous and profane behavior.
The suit also alleges that Dep-
uties Frank Broadwater and
Tatum Brown raided a poker
game there on April 27.

children’s clinic here Wednesday
at the high school have been
made with Miss Gertrude Staf-
ford, secretary of the Rusk Coun-
ty Crippled Children’s Society.
Forty-six youngsters who have
been given hospitalization since
the clinic here, last June are be-
ing invited to the clinic for re-
examination to find out to whab
extent their defects were rem-
edied.
The clinic is being sponsored
by the Rusk County Medical So-
ciety, the Federated Churches So-
ciety and Crippled children’s
Society.
Officers and visiting physicians
will be guests at a luncheon Wed-
nesday at 12:15 p. m. at the
Country Club. Mrs. J. J. Rayford
is chairman of a committee mak-
ing arrangements for the lunch-
eon.
