We've just found out that Bro.
Benny Underwood and Alton
Thompson were involved in a bad
car wreck. However, they are
back home and doing fine. Here’s
hoping they'll be able to go back
to work soon. Also Billy Feagin
is back at work after being down
in his back.
Work has picked up and every-

formative concerning products sold
to the consumer with misrepre-
sentation in their advertising.
Mrs. Helen Karsteter was ill and
did not attend last meeting. We
union’s executive board, AFM
staff and local representatives
from New York, Los Angeles, Chi-
cago, Memphis and Toronto.
Eligible to vote on the contract
are members who had at least six
basic commercial taping sessions
during the year ended last June 30
hope Helen feels better at this
time.
Grand Prairie State Bank will
be the scene of a Tacky Party for
all members and their husbands,
March 22. Don’t prepare dinner.
Sandwiches, coffee and dessert will
be served. Each member must
come dressed in a Tacky Costume.
Prizes will be given for the
Tackiest costume—All come to
the party—Games will be played
and fun is in store for you.
If you haven’t given canned foods
for the Easter basket, please bring
. them to Carpenters Local 198 or
to the party.
This party will be our social
for March.

New York — The Musicians
agreed to new contract terms cov-
ering members’ services in radio
and television commercials, sub-
ject to a ratification vote by about
2,000 members.
AFM Pres. Herman Kenin said
the terms of the pact—negotiated
with the Association of National
Advertisers and the American As-
sociation of. Advertising Agencies
—will not be announced until af-
ter the ratification vote. Results
of the election are expected at the
end of March.
Negotiating sessions in January
and early March led to the agree-
ment, Kenin said. The AFM ne-
