Three Houston residents were arrested on
Wednesday night after a car they were in
collided with a light pole, causing a power
outage in an area of Alvin.
The incident began when an Alvin man
picked up four people when they claimed
their car had broken down near Pearland.
He drove them to Alvin, where it is

There was no indication of forced

into the NCIC computer system.
The officer determined that the
offense was a burglary of a building
and there are no suspects at this
time

were James David Mann. 19 of
Manvel, charged with Pecuniary
Graffiti. less than $1,500 and Ricky
Lee Nichols. 17, of Alvin. also
charged with Pecuniary Graffiti less
than $1,500. Both had bonds set at
$1000, the police report shows.
Also charged was 19 year-old
Justin Morgan Bradley of Alvin. He
was charged with Pecuniary Graffiti
of less than $1,500 and Unlawfully
Carrying a Weapon. The officer
found stainless steel knuckles, simi-
lar to brass knuckles on Bradely. His
bond was also set at $1000

4500 block of Mustang Road on Jan.
13 after the police department
received a report of a group spray
painting graffiti on the back of a
building.
After the officer arrived and noti-
fied the manager about the call, he
went to the back of the building and
found three subjects in the process
of painting gang related graffiti on
the walls, according to the police
report.
As he was taking the three sub
jects into custody, the officer noticed
another subject walking away from

to a residence and saw him go into a
