Elizabeth Seale Will Give Concert At First Baptist
Marjorie Thompson will present a
program on Steuben Glass when the
Boerne Area Historical Preserva-
tion Society holds their regular
meeting for members on Wednes-
day, November 14. The group will
meet at 9:30 a.m. in the Cty Council
Chambers of the Utilities Building
on East Blanco Street.
Program Chairman is Bebe
Suggs. Included in the Steuben
Glass program will be the history,
development, manufacture and
appreciation of one of the finest
crystals in the world and the most
famous American art glass which is
produced at Corning, New York.
“It is hoped that anyone having a
piece of Steuben Glass will bring it
along to display,” Society President
Margaret Cosby said. “Anyone else

annual Madrigal Christmas Dinner
on December 8, 14, and 15.
Travelers to this year’s Madigral
Christmas Dinner will be treated to
a banquet fit for a queen enhanced
by authentic and festive sixteenth-
century English customs. Complete
quilt that contained scrap material
from a dress she had worn as a child.

she had made.
