Rabid sports fans; who like their athletic contest
rugged and rough, will have their inning here Thursday
night at high school gym when a basketball game, which
promises to be a real “tush' hog" battle, la reeled on
between members of the local Kiwanis and Lions club.
To say that the court battle will be a grudge contest it
putting it mildly.
The “old men," yho will don scanties and reel, rock
and stumble about the court, have it in for each other,
‛tis said. The two teams played last year and there has
been bad blood between the two organizations ever since.
Anything might happen Thursday night as repi esenta-
tives from each club have told this corner that they eX:
pect skulduggery and underhand methods before and
after game time.
