ments in the course of erection from fire, or from any other cause whatever, until the

and accepted by them, to keep the said improvements insured, at their own expense against
fire for an amount equal at all times to the aggregate amount remaining unpaid on said
note, and against eyeIones,tornadoes and other windstorms for an amount equal at all times

pletion of the improvements and the sum of Two-thousand Five-hundred and No/100 Dollars
(§2500.00) due on and in accordance with the terms on that certain promissory note, dated
May 25th. 1939, executed by Quinton Swenson and wife, Lillian Swenson, payable to Gus Fritz,
due on or before September 1st. 1939 with interest thereon from maturity at the rate of
