land hereinbefore particularly described and conveyed in trust, such other land to the ex-
tent of Grantors* title thereto or interest therein, now held or hereafter acquired, as
fully and for all purposes as if the same were herein and in any such trustee’s deed ex-
together with all fixtures and equipment of every kind and character, whether herein en-
umerated or not, including all electrical wiring and plumbing, all heating, lighting,
water-supply, cooling, refrigerating and air-conditioning fixtures, apparatus and equipment
all wall and in-a-door beds, and all window-screens, shades, awnings and fences, now in,
on, about or connected with or that may hereafter be added or substituted and placed in,
on, or about or connected with the above-described real estate, all of which fixtures and
equipment shall for all purposes be deemed integral parts of the said real estate; all
rents, profits, revenues and royalties incident thereto or arising therefrom, with power
in the Association, in the event and during the continuance of default in the performance
of any of the obligations or covenants stipulated in this deed of trust or the note hereby
secured, to collect such rents, profits, revenues and royalties from any tenant or lessee
of the above-described premises or of any part thereof, any such tenant or lessee being
hereby authorized to pay the same to the Association upon receipt from it of written notice
"est in the principal sum of Two Thousand Eight Hundred Dollars (42800.00) and payable to
the Association at its office in Austin, Texas, which note requires the payment of interest

ever defend all and singular the said premises and property, real and personal, unto the
Trustees, their successors, substitutes and assigns forever against every person whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof.
