instrument, and severally acknowledged to me that they executed the same for the purposes
and consideration therein expressed.
Whereas, the said D.W. Crenshaw and Irene Crenshaw are justly indebted to MUTUAL DEPOSIT 8
LOAN COMPANY of Austin, Texas, a corporation, hereinafter called Company, in the sum of
Seventy-one Hundred and no/100 ($7100.00) Dollars, evidenced by one note of even date here-
with, payable to the order of said Company at Austin, Texas, in monthly installments of $73
(including interest) in coin of the United States of the present standard, weight, and fine

County, Texas.
And said Myrtle Gibson wife of the said Floyd Gibson, having been examined by me privily
and apart from her husband,and having the same fully explained to her by ne , she, the said
Gibson acknowledged such instrument to be her act and deed, and declared that she had will.

in the County of Travis, State of Texas, and fully described as follows, to-wit:
Lot No. Five (5), in the Sampson Subdivision of Outlot No. 32, in Division "D", in the City
of Austin, Travis County, Texas, according to the map or plat of said Subdivision recorded
in Vol. 3, rage 600, of the Travis County Deed Records, and being the same property conveyed
D. W. Crenshaw by warranty deed of Mrs. Minnie Fontaine Barrow, a feme sole, dated April 30,
1936, recorded in Vol. 544, Pages 16-17, of the Travis County, DeedRecords;
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD said premises unto him the said Fred c. Morse, Trustee, his successors
or assigns forever, together with all and singular the rights, tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and we do hereby expressly
bind ourselves, our heirs, assigns, administrators and legal representatives to warrant and
forever defend the title to said premises, or any part thereof, unto the said Trustee and
his successors against all persons whomsoever claiming, or to claim the same; and we do special
covenant with the said Trustee, that we are seized of said premises in fee simple, and entitled
to convey same; that we will make such further assurance of title as may be necessary to confin
