Coates, T. C. Coats, Mrs T. C. Costs and the
unknown heirs Of esch of said persons, ky mak-
ing publication of this Citation once in each
week for four successive weeks, previous to
the return date hereof, in some newspaper pub-
lished in your cvunty, if there be a newspaper
published therein, but if not, then in any news-
piper published in the 72nd Judicial District;
but if there be no newspaper published. In said
Judicial District, then in a newspaper publish-
ed in the nearest District to sail 72nd Judicial
Distrint, to appear at the next regular term of
of the District Court of Terry County, to be
holden at Brownfield, in Mid Terry County, on
the 29th day of October, A. D. 1917, then and
there to answer a petition filed in said Court on
the 3rd day of October, A. D. 1917, in a suit
numbered on the docket of saldCourt,603 where-
in Gao. W. Neill and I. H. Hadso 1 are Plaintifs,
and B. H. Wisdom, Belle Wisdom, F. W. Colby,
Anna L Colby, W.M. Barfoot, W.M. Barefoot, T.
C.Coates, T. C. Coats, Mrs T.C.Costs, and the un-
known heirs of each of said persons are Defend-
antsand sid petition alleging that the residence
of the defendants herein namedand each of them
is unknown to these plaintiffs and to affiant;that
plaintiffs GeoW. Neill and T.H Hudson on to-wit
the 1st day of October, A. D. 1917,and ions prior
tothat time were Uwf nily seized and p ssessed of
the following described premises, situated in
Terry County, Texas, holding and claiming the
Mme in fee simple, to-wit: The East one-half
of Section 9 Block D-12, certificate 166, issued
to the W. T. K. R. company, containing 320 acres
of land; that ever since the 10th day of October,
1916, and at the time of the filing of this suit,
plaintiffs were the owners in fee simple title of
said land and premises; that pieintifs on the
10th day of October, A. D 1916, came into the
title in fee simple and possession of raid la-d
and premises by conveyance in writing, for, val- I
uable consideration from the then owner in fee
simple title of Mid land; that plaintiffs and the Ir 1
grantors had up to the time of the occurenc o of
the actions hereinafter complained of they, and
each of them, were entitled to and held the fee
simple title to said land and premises and were
entitled to the possession and ownership of raid
