AN ACT relating to the authority of a junior college district to contract for the provision of certain services and resources under the Interagency Cooperation Act. BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF TEXAS: SECTION 1. Section 771.002(1), Government Code, is amended to read as follows: (1) "Agency" includes:
(A) a department, board, bureau, commission, authority, council, or institution of state
